In this role, I craft data-driven strategies tailored to each client's unique business goals and KPIs. My strategies focus strongly on the client's target audience, the most beneficial platforms, creative, messaging, ad budgets, and timing. As a Client Accounts Director, I've overseen the management of a broad spectrum of industries and clients. My ad-buying expertise has been executed across various platforms such as Google, social media, direct mail, geofencing, radio, streaming audio, programmatic TV, and YouTube. I provide regular updates on campaign performance, analytics, upcoming initiatives, and the generation of qualified leads and sales while helping clients surpass their desired KPIs. One example of client success is a B2C client, I managed to condense their average sales cycle from 90 days to 30 days in under three months of collaboration while also increasing qualified leads and sales without drastically expanding their ad spend.

Marketing Manager

Sodexo at the University of New Haven

As the Marketing Manager of Dining Services at the University of New Haven, I was responsible for coordinating and directing all marketing activities throughout my department. In this role, I was responsible for event planning, promotional offers, multi-site communication/deliverables, signage, social media, and email correspondence. I planned and executed monthly event calendars to engage students to participate in on-campus events, limited-time retail offers to drive more revenue to certain locations, merchandising, and the overall appearance of dining locations. I also was responsible for managing a Marketing Coordinator and a student worker who helped me execute events, limited-time offers, and the look and feel of the dining spaces. I worked daily with managers, clients, the District Manager, and the Vice President in all matters relating to marketing, to help to establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship.

As a part of a marketing team, I designed creative consumer-facing initiatives including but not limited to brochures, in-house and vendor graphics, new product launches, promotions, website materials, email, and content on all social media platforms. Maintained company brand identity with consistent messaging to help increase sales and profitability. I was responsible for all content/copywriting for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Hubspot, I also created digital room scene designs, video campaigns, and GIF designs. I researched and executed SEO copywriting to improve overall organic traffic to the website through product descriptions and blogs. Assisted in a new website build, with the main goal being increased user interaction and ease of use, resulting in higher contact form submissions and digital sales. Compiled, designed, and presented digital analytic reports to track marketing metrics and show the results of campaigns.

Senior Marketing Coordinator

I began my role by crafting unified brand identities for the company and its affiliated entity. I spearheaded the development of two SEO-focused websites aimed at bolstering organic online traffic. Through Pardot, I implemented trackable links and contact forms to gather customer data and effective nurture lead sequences. I authored SEO-rich blogs and product pages to increase website traffic and qualified B2B leads. A substantial part of my responsibilities included curating comprehensive product marketing packages tailored to diverse markets while collaborating closely with engineers, sales teams, and upper management. Juggling multiple projects from various channels, I meticulously upheld priorities and deadlines. With a primary focus on digital marketing, I remained vigilant in tracking industry trends, increasing customer engagement, and fine-tuning copywriting for blog posts, web pages, and Google Ad campaigns. Additionally, I conducted data input, designed graphics, and generated compelling analytical reports for managerial review meetings.

Graphic Designer

Freelance

Long-term part-time design work where I collaborated with individuals and businesses on their design ideas to create successful business branding. Focused on creating logos, websites, print material, and more for individuals starting or re-branding their businesses.

Two-year freelance graphic design/marketing contract with Fascia’s Chocolates. I previously worked as Fascia’s Marketing Coordinator for two years prior to the freelance role. As a freelancer I built a company website, to serve the unique needs of Fascia’s as a tourist destination and retail factory. I worked closely with the staff to create dynamic campaigns. Through these campaigns, we encouraged loyalty customers to purchase online and in-store by custom-designed newsletters and social media engagements. I composed and created all-digital, print, and ad designs, advertising materials, and videography.

One-year contract with Cre8tive marketing and design agency. In this role I created logo designs, full branding packets, website copy write with the goal of better organic search query traffic, brochure, and banner designs, all while collaborating with the business owner.

In-house designer and marketer, where I focused on brand marketing of the family-owned chocolate company while elevating their presence online and at events. Daily, I produced design work in print, digital, videos, package design, and signage (both event & retail). Coordinated & published all social media content on Facebook, Instagram, Mailchimp, & Linkedin platforms. Organized & generated booth designs and materials for events: Big E, Yelp Holiday Bazaar, Wine tastings, etc. Recruited and supported wholesale, corporate, and fundraising clients meeting and exceeding quota and relationship goals.
